You have the option to bulk assign Agent, Partner, Manager, Staff or Category to a batch of clients in Access Tax.

Follow the steps below on how to assign in bulk:
Log in to Tax.
Click on Clients and select Assign.
Select relevant clients or press Select All (Current Page). This option is only for the page you are currently viewing, each page will need this option applied.
Once clients have been selected, on the bottom of the page you have the option to select the bulk update requirements available.
Select the required option from the list, e.g., Partner.
Select the Partner name from the available pulldown list. The prompt will also note the number of assigned clients to update.
Click Assign to apply the changes.
Tip: If a user does not appear in the list, you may need to first assign roles to users.
