Access Tax - Capital gain small business retirement exemption in Access Tax

The amount of small business exemption should be reported in these fields.

  • Item 18 Capital gains in the main form. Click into the Code box. Code B lets the ATO know that it is a Small business retirement exemption (Subdivision 152-D).

  • Select the CGT Schedule (CGT), then go to Item 5 and enter the value at Label B - Small business retirement exemption.
