The EFT Reconciliation report shows details of EFT refunds expected to be deposited into your firm’s trust account.
If you see a lodgment error report that says ‘No matching reports available’ after requesting an EFT Reconciliation report, you can work through these checks to resolve it. Start by checking your trust account details and, if needed, refresh your EFT subscription.
