When checking for SBR errors in Tax, you may find that the wording of the error message does not clearly explain how to resolve the issue. In some cases, the error is caused by an invalid value or code in the return that is not visible on screen.
To identify the issue.
Open the tax return.
Go to Export, then select Worksheets.
Open the exported PDF from your Downloads directory.
Review the entire PDF carefully.
Look for any codes or descriptions that do not have a corresponding value entered.
