Access Tax - Lodgment status mismatch in Access Tax

A return status mismatch occurs in Tax when the return is rejected on lodgment, but it appears as lodged on the ATO Portal.

  1. Try lodging the return again to see if you get an updated response from the ATO. The original attempt may have timed out during transmission.

  2. Contact the ATO to confirm the lodgment status if you are unsure whether the return was accepted.
