You can choose to have ATO correspondence sent directly to your client. To do this, set the client’s address as the front cover address instead of the practice address.
Log in to Tax.
At the top right click on Settings (cogwheel).
Click on the Users tab on the left menu.
Click on the required User name.
Click on the Contacts Priority tab.
Untick Use Practice Contact Priorities.
Click and drag Client and move it to the top of the list.
Click Save, Ok and then X to close the Practice Settings window.
