To resolve the error CMN.ATO.GEN.500127 Year of return is invalid:
Check the return year field on the Cover page is correct.
Check the Tax Form Details window to see if the Future year check box should be ticked for the return.
The year of return must be either the current or next (future) lodgment year associated with this service. If a future year lodgment is required, then it must be lodged no later than the 15th of June of the current year, unless it is an amendment. After the 15th of June, a return for that lodgment year must be submitted from the 1st of July, using the new service associated with that specific lodgment year.
