Access Tax - Empty error message box with no error message when logging in to Access Tax

If you receive a blank error message box when you log in to Tax, try clearing your browser history/cache of all time and attempt to log back in again.

If the issue continues, check with your Administrator to make sure you have been added to the practice with the correct permissions and that your firm has enough Tax licenses.
