In Tax when you open a tax form, the error, Failed to get tax return can appear:
Determine if it only affects certain staff, a particular tax form or year.
Clear your browser cache and cookies of all time.
Try a different browser or Incognito/InPrivate browsing mode.
If applicable, remove and then re-enter the Related Client code from the Edit Client Details window.
