To relodge a failed tax return, users will need to create a new client, allowing the creation of a new tax form.
Log in to Tax.
Locate and then click on the client who has the failed lodgment.
Remove the TFN from the original client, then click Save.
Click on +New Client and complete the details with a unique reference code and add the TFN back in.
Enter all of the other client information as required.
Click Save and New Tax Form.
Create a new tax form for the new client and complete it as required.
Lodge the return.
