If the error, Access Denied 1020 occurs, work through the following:

  • Confirm you are using the correct URL for Tax.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies of 'All Time'.

  • Load the browser in Incognito or InPrivate browsing mode.

  • Try using a different web browser.

  • Attempt to log in on a different computer.

  • If available, attempt using a different Internet connection, such as a Mobile hotspot from mobile device.
