After a Tax upgrade, you may notice unusual visual behaviour such as formatting issues or broken layouts. This can happen because cached files, which store temporary layout and styling information to help Tax load faster, may no longer match the upgraded design. Refreshing the cache prompts your system to retrieve the latest version of these elements, ensuring everything appears as intended.
We recommend all users clear their cache and cookies for all time, see Clear cache on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
