To resolve this error in Access Tax, log in as administrator into Integration Server, and then follow the below steps:
Note: The Integration Server administrator is required to be a staff user in Access Tax, see add a new user for instructions.
Log in to Integration Server as the Administrator.
Click on the Product Setup on the left.
On the Access Tax row, click on the cog wheel icon.
If Reauthorisation Required is displayed, click Add then Allow to reauthorise.
