There are two common reasons why a Lodgment Summary Report does not generate.
Permission settings
The Administrator can check whether you have permission to generate the report.
Log in to Tax.
Go to Settings in the top-right corner.
Then review the permissions assigned to your user account.
Wrong Practice selected
You may be logged into the wrong Practice.
If the selected Practice does not lodge the type of return you are generating the report for, the Lodgment Summary Report will not produce. Ensure you are logged into the correct Practice before attempting to generate the report again.
