Access Tax - Activate and Deactivate clients in Access Tax

Tax allows you to deactivate and activate your clients. Deactivation will indicate that the client's details will not be used.
Tax does not allow lodgment for clients who have an Active Client unticked.

  1. Log in to Tax.

  2. Click on the client's name to open the Edit Client Detail screen and tick/untick the Active client box.

Note: If a client is active, Tax will allow users to tick the box to lodge tax returns for them. If the client is inactive, there will be no tick box option to lodge tax returns.
