Access Tax - Export feature is not available in Access Tax

Export to PDF feature not functioning

  1. Close out of Tax.

  2. Clear the Cache/ History from All time, then close the browser.

  3. Open a new browser and log back in to Tax.

  4. Select the client and tax return.

  5. Attempt again to export to PDF.
