Access Tax - Account has been locked in Access Tax

If you receive the error 'Your account has been locked. Contact Access Customer Support and then try again.' when attempting to log in to Access Tax, raise a new case online.

Include:

  • the full name of the affected staff member.

  • their email address, and

  • attach a screen print of the error message for further investigation.

Important: Ensure both the time on your computer and mobile device match and are correct for your location.
